Due to the custom nature of our design work and outdoor service scheduling, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced. However, if you notify us within 48 hours of your initial consultation or payment, we may offer a full or partial refund, depending on the stage of the planning or labor.
If you wish to cancel your project before work has started, please contact us immediately. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the service date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% to cover administrative and preparation costs.
If you're unhappy with any part of our service, we encourage you to reach out. In many cases, we can offer design adjustments or provide service credits toward future work rather than issue a refund. We are committed to making things right.
